Focus (the “App”) is a task and focus-timer app operated by Doris Legacy AI LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what data we collect, why, who processes it, and the choices you have — including how to delete your account and all of your data from within the App.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
We collect only what the App needs to work. Every item below is linked to your account and is used solely to operate the App’s features — never for tracking.

Task time estimates you enter may be aggregated anonymously with other users’ estimates to improve AI time suggestions. Aggregated estimates are not tied to your identity.

We do not control and are not responsible for these third-party services’ own data practices.
You are solely and entirely — 100% — responsible for your use of the App and for every action you take in it, including the information you enter, any data the App creates at your direction (such as calendar events or tasks detected from your email), your reliance on AI-generated suggestions, your interactions with other users, and the security of your device and accounts. Doris Legacy AI LLC assumes no responsibility whatsoever for your use of the App and is not liable for any data breach, loss, or damages of any kind.
The leaderboard shows other users’ display names and photos. You agree not to use an offensive display name or photo. From any profile you can report or block another user; blocked users are hidden from you, and reported profiles are reviewed. We may remove profiles or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You may also request deletion by contacting us at the address below.
Focus is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data in transit is protected with standard HTTPS/TLS encryption. Access to backend data relies on Apple and Google’s platform security. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, noted in the App.
